The RUBCard will be replaced in May 2022. After that, logging in to FlexNow will only be possible using the "mobile phone app/TOTP" method. It is recommended that you switch to the TOTP procedure already this year (2021). If you do not have a smartphone or do not wish to use one, you can use a hardware token for authentication as an alternative to the smartphone.
