As of 23.05.2022, logging in to FlexNow with the RUBCard ist no longer possible.

Logging in using the RUBCard is no longer supported since 23.05.2022. Access to FlexNow with the RUBCard no longer works.

We therefore recommend that all those who want to access FlexNow set up the new login procedure (i.e. the one with the mobile phone app, "TOTP"). See our instructions at the top of the start page: Click on the button "Instruction manuals" under the button "Login with mobile phone app" and then on the first link. If it does not work for you despite the instructions, please click on the second link, i.e. the one to our "Troubleshooting" document.
